\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tResearch conducted at the \u00c5land Islands Peace Institute concerns issues of minorities, autonomy arrangements, demilitarisation and security using \u00c5land and its special status and competences as a starting point. Our research strives to produce and deepen knowledge and promote fact-based conversations and dialogue as part of a peaceful societal development.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOur research is conducted within projects, networks and partnerships with other knowledge-oriented institutions. The \u00c5land Islands Peace Institute has initiated and participated in several projects where researchers from different disciplines, specialising in issues of self-government, minorities or security have worked together.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
