Young women from Sweden and Finland (mainland and \u00c5land) and Azerbaijan and Armenia came together on the \u00c5land Islands between the 17th and the 22nd of August 2009 to discuss these issues in the light of the \u00c5land example. <br \/>Sarah Stephan, who was the project manager of this event has now summarized the main experiences from the project.
