Would it be smarter to pay more for &#8220;female&#8221; professions? Do &#8220;male&#8221; professions have higher status than &#8220;female&#8221; ones?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What happens with salaries if women enter &#8220;male&#8221; professions?
