This lecture was held in co-operation with the Globernance institute in the House of Peace and Human Rights in San Sebasti\u00e1n-Donostia. Spiliopoulou \u00c5kermark was interviewed in Basque press, about interests shared by \u00c5land and the Basque – i.e self-government and protection onf lanugae and culture and about Responsibility to protect.
