The seminar is arranged by the \u00c5land Islands Peace Institute and the Finnish Institute of International Affairs, with the support of the Constitutional law Committee of the Parliament of Finland.<\/p>\n<p>The keynote speaker is Mr <strong>Erkki Tuomioja<\/strong>, Minister for Foreign Affairs of \u00a0Finland. Speakers include: <strong>Johannes Koskinen<\/strong>, Chair of the Constitutional Law Committee, Parliament of Finland, <strong>Britt Lundberg<\/strong>, Speaker of the \u00c5land Parliament, <strong>Dr. Kristine H\u00f6glund<\/strong>, Associate Professor Department of Peace and Conflict Research, Uppsala University Peace and Conflict Research, Ambassador<strong> Kai Eide<\/strong>, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norway, Dr. <strong>Sia Spiliopoulou \u00c5kermark<\/strong>, Associate Professor, Director of The \u00c5land Islands Peace Institute and <strong>Elisabeth Naucl\u00e9r<\/strong>, Member of the Parliament of Finland, representing \u00c5land Islands.
