The lecturers are specializing in criminal law and interested in studying practical and legal aspects of Mediation. They are interested in starting a similar service in Kaunas. The visit was done through the European Social Fund, under the Operational Programme for the Development of Human Resources, administrated by UNDP Lithuania.
