The group came to \u00c5land for a study visit arranged within the International Training Programme on Peace and Security in Africa (PASA). The course is financed by Swedish SIDA, and organized by the Institution for Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University, in co-operation with the African Centre for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes (ACCORD) and the Swedish company Indevelop.
