Her most recent employer was the Government of \u00c5land, where she worked with issues concerning the\u00a0environmental and fisheries in the Baltic Sea. Her comeback at the Peace Institute will entail acting as an instructor for the brand new\u00a0e-course \u00a0&#8220;Territorial Autonomy as a Tool for Diversity Manageemnt.
