The patron of the talks, <strong>President\u00a0Halonen<\/strong>, will discuss this year\u2019s theme with a panel consisting of <strong>Jan Eliasson<\/strong>, Swedish ambassador,\u00a0former Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations and current Chairman of the Board of SIPRI\u00a0and <strong>Bj\u00f6rn Vikstr\u00f6m<\/strong>, Professor of Theology at \u00c5bo Akademi University, former bishop and Chairman\u00a0of the Board of the Anders Chydenius Foundation. The discussion will be moderated by the Director of\u00a0the Peace Institute, <strong>Sia Spiliopoulou \u00c5kermark<\/strong>.
