The seminar “\u00c5land 100 in Fredrikshamn” will be held in Fredrikshamn’s Bastion 7.7.2021 at 12-14<\/strong>. “Everyone who is interested in good music and conversation is welcome to take part,” says Fredrikshamn’s city director Hannu Muhonen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Between the music acts, we hear \u00c5land’s Member of Parliament Mats L\u00f6fstr\u00f6m<\/strong> and Member of Parliament and flag expert Kimmo Kiljunen<\/strong>, discuss, among other things, the \u00c5land flag and its symbolism. In the second part of the seminar, researchers Hanna Ojanen<\/strong> and Sia Spiliopoulou \u00c5kermark<\/strong> discuss the international significance of \u00c5land’s special status and other aspects of \u00c5land.<\/p>\n
