The presentation languages are Finnish and Swedish. The seminar will begin with a small-scale concert by the vocalist <strong>Maria Ylip\u00e4\u00e4<\/strong> and the accordion artist <strong>Niko Kumpuvaara<\/strong>, with life in the archipelago having a focal role in the performance. <strong>Alfons R\u00f6blom<\/strong>, Minister of Development of \u00c5land, will bring the message of the region of \u00c5land to the seminar. Between the musical performances, <strong>Mats L\u00f6fstr\u00f6m<\/strong>, Member of the Parliament of \u00c5land, and <strong>Kimmo Kiljunen<\/strong>, Member of the Parliament of Finland and an expert on flags, will present issues such as the flag of \u00c5land and the symbolism it involves.
