In practice, this means exchanging knowledge and research with each other &#8211; especially when it comes to issues concerning security policy and international law. The collaboration also makes it easier to coordinate conferences, workshops and seminars, and researchers in each location are given the opportunity to make shorter work exchanges.<br \/>\n\u2013  We at Nasiffik can look forward to the fact that we have now signed a cooperation agreement with the \u00c5land Islands Peace Institute, says Maria Ackr\u00e9n, head of research at Nasiffik.<br \/>\n<strong>Sia Spiliopoulou \u00c5kermark<\/strong>, director at the \u00c5land Island Peace Institute, is also looking forward to the cooperation.<br \/>\n\u2013 Greenland is an important part of the Nordic region, where indigenous and sustainability issues meet important constitutional and international issues.
