The \u00c5land parliament celebrated this centenary through an international seminar titled <strong>\u2019Demilitarisation and neutralisation\u2013 a stabilising force for peace in the region&#8217;<\/strong>. The speeches from the seminar are now published in <strong>Journal of Autonomy and Security Studies<\/strong>, in time for the \u00c5land Demilitarisation Day on the 30th of March.
