The project was carried out by the \u00c5land Islands Peace Institute, \u00c5land, Finland, and the Resource Center for Women Marta, Riga, Latvia from October 2009 until December 2011. The focus of the project is on preventive work through the empowerment of young girls and boys, within the framework of girl and boy groups.
