In this paper the actors on Åland working with girl-and boygroup activities are mapped - to what extent and in what ways. the paper offers an analysis of which parts of the activities that could be improve and suggets what functions and structural changes that are needed in order to safeguard and extend the girl- and boygroup activities on Åland in a long-term perspective.
