On the 23rd of October 2013 the Peace Institute had the honor to receive a visit of the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Finland, H.E. Mr Huang Xing and his wife Mrs Quiao Hong. Information Officer Susann Simolin and Researcher Sarah Stephan informed about the Peace Institute’s activities, including research on the Åland Example, minority rights and autonomy in a comparative perspective, as well as the Institute’s role and function as a civil society organization.
