Mirjam Lukola is the secretary of the board and is responsible for the internal planning and the follow-up on the workings of the Peace Institute as well as coordination of project applications and accounts. She also works as a mediation supervisor at Ålands Medlingsbyrå.
Mirjam has studied Natural Sciences at Åbo Akademi University and Organizational Development at Umeå University.
Mirjam speaks Swedish, Finnish and English.
