The second report for 2012 within the series Rapport från Ålands fredsinstitut – Report from the Åland Islands Peace Institute has now been launched and can be doawnloaded in Swedish here. It is written by Martha Hannus and describes the process that led to the establishment of the Peace Institute. The report is currently being translated into English.
