Rhodri C. Williams was a guest researcher at the Åland Islands Peace Institute from 2007 to 2009. His research interests include study of minority protection and autonomy regimes as means of addressing the root causes of conflict and preventing displacement.
Mr. Williams has both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in geography and a law degree from New York University.
