The Council of Europe celebrated the 15th anniversary since the entry into force of the Framework Convention on the Protection of Persons belonging to National Minorities. In connection to the conference which took place in Strasbourg on the 25th of November 2013 there was an interview conducted with Ms Astrid Thors, High Commissioner on National Minorities of the OSCE and with the director of the Åland Islands Peace Institute and President of the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention Ass. Prof. Sia Spiliopoulou Åkermark.
