During the 10-day-programme several case-studies from Europe, North America and Asia will be presented by international academics and key actors who manage these issues on a daily basis at the local, regional, international (Council of Europe) and supranational (EU) level. Special attention will be devoted to the case of South Tyrol where the Winter School will be located. In order to expand on this year’s theme, there will be a round table discussion on minority and autonomy issues in Asia.
