10/25/2013 the Peace Institute was paid a visit by Mr. Ove Bring, professor emeritus of International Law, Swedish National Defence College and Stockholm University and former Legal Adviser to the Foreign Ministry. Ove Bring and the Åland Islands Peace Institute, in particular through the Peace Institute’s director Associate Professor Sia Spiliopoulou Åkermark, have been in contact for a long time, following each other’s work. At the Institute Ove Bring received information about tha latest research of the Peace Institute, including on the Åland Example and minority languages within the project ELDIA.
