E-course on territorial autonomy and the Åland Example
The Åland Islands Peace Institute has developed a university-level e-course on territorial autonomy, with the Åland Example as a main case study. The course has been held three times, in 2015, 2016 and 2017, in co-operation with the Open University on Åland.
A new round of the course will be given autumn 2018 (15.10.2018-07.01.2019).
