New report on autonomy in Iraqi Kurdistan and Zanzibar

Using the Åland autonomy as a point of reference, Jaakko Virkkunen and Lotta Valtonen analyse the case of Iraqi Kurdistan and Zanzibar respectively, in report 2-2016 from the Åland Islands Peace Institute, with the title “Managing diversity through territorial autonomy: Experiences from Iraqi Kurdistan and Zanzibar with Åland Example as a point of reference”.
