Tuesday 27 September 2022 4-5 pm Åland Museum of Cultural History Panel discussion with Rauli Virtanen (photographer and journalist), Klaus Ilmonen (doctor of law, corporate law attorney, formerly deployed with Finnish forces in in Afghanistan, Lebanon and other countries) and Ralph Wilde (doctor and academic in international law, expert on territorial administration and researcher). Moderator: Nina Fellman. The event is organised in conjunction with the photo exhibition ”Afghanistan – människor och platser”. After the panel discussion there will be a reception in the museum lobby to celebrate the Åland Islands Peace Institute’s 30th anniversary.
