On saturday 18th October the director of the Åland Islands Peace Institute will hold a speech at a seminar arranged by the Peace Association of Närpes in Finland. The event, 60 years of Human Rights, is arranged to celebrate that the UN General Assembly 10th of December 1948 adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Sia Spiliopoulou Åkermark will talk about Peace and Human Rights.
