The Åland Islands Peace Institute was one of 20 organisations present at the market square at the event square of possibilities held the 24 of May. The organisations informed on their activities and entertained the bypassers. The conferencier Jenny Lindqvist and Marja-Leena Magnusson from the Åland Islands Peace Institute formed a choire behind Alieu Khan from Ghana who sang and played the drums.
The Aland representative in the finnish parliament, Elisabeth Nauclér, was later interviewed on stage and the audience did also get to see square-dancers perform.
