Between the 1st and 5th of August The Åland Islands Peace Institute's Isac Boman and Linda Johansson at Emmaus will participate in an election observation training course in Azerbaijan. The course is a preparation to an observation mission during the presidential elections in Azerbaijan in October. they are sent out in co-operation with the organization World Network of Election Observers.
Linda Johansson has finished a degree in peace and conflict science at Umeå University in Sweden. Isac Boman studies russian and economics at Åbo Akademi University in Turku.
