Peace Institute discusses territorial autonomy in Berlin

Fruitful research discussions on territorial autonomy were held last week in Berlin (14-15 June). In a cooperation between the Åland Islands Peace Institute and the Finnland Institut in Berlin, Germany, the workshop was organised under the title “The many faces of territorial autonomy”. Researchers discussed issues of definitions, of research methodologies and relevant theories as well as the need of independent, reflective and interdisciplinary research in the field
