The Peace Institute is having major problems with the e-mail server at the moment. E-mails arrive several hours after having been sent, or do not reach us at all. The same goes for our outgoing correspondance. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it right now, we just have to wait until technical adjustments have been made.
