This years’ second report in the series Rapport från Ålands fredsinstitut-Report from the Åland Islands Peace Institute, 2-2010 is launched on the Åland Autonomy Day, 9th of June 2010. The report that is written in Swedish by Mr. John Granlund is titled “The International Card” – Altruism and self-interest as reasons for promoting the Åland example” and deals with Åland as an norm entrepeneur focusing on the motivational factors underlying Ålandic attempts to promote the Åland example on the international arena.
