Now a new report from the Åland Island's Peace Institute is available. The report Constitutions, Autonomies and the EU is written on basis of a seminar with the same name held last year in October. In the report researchers, officials and politicians from Åland and the Basque region discuss their autonomous regions roles and possibilities within the EU.
